The Chrome Web Store has approved the release with a fix, and your browser will update to the new version shortly.

If you want to force-update it, please follow the instructions in this support article: https://help.tactiq.io/en/articles/5337954-how-to-manually-update-the-extension-to-the-latest-version. You need version 4997.

The version for Microsoft Edge is still under review by Microsoft, and we expect it to be approved soon as well.

We’ve identified the root cause of an issue impacting Tactiq transcription in Google Meet. As a result, some customers may experience transcription not starting.

A fix is ready and has been submitted to the Chrome Web Store. We’re currently waiting for Chrome Web Store (CWS) approval before it can be rolled out.

Workaround: In the meantime, you can enable the Tactiq extension by clicking CC in the Google meet. This helps transcription start.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will share further updates as soon as the extension update is approved and available.

Tactiq の Google Meet での文字起こしに影響する不具合の根本原因を特定しました。その結果、一部のお客様で文字起こしが開始されない場合があります。

修正はすでに準備できており、Chrome ウェブストアに提出済みです。現在、Chrome ウェブストア(CWS)の承認待ちのため、承認後に順次展開されます。

回避策: 当面の間、会議内で CC をクリックして字幕を有効にしてください。これにより、文字起こしが開始される場合があります。
